Will I still receive my order?

Yes. At this time, our online order fulfillment operations are still operating. Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation and will be in touch directly if there are any updates to your order.

How will my items be delivered?

For all Ontario-based customers, your package will be shipped via Canpar and ICS Courier. Canpar/ICS Courier are currently offering contactless deliveries Monday-Friday. Government-issued ID will be required for age verification, and they will accept it through a window or door, if necessary. After verifying your ID, Canpar/ICS Courier will sign for your order on your behalf. 

We will keep you updated as necessary. Thank you for understanding.

When will I receive my order?

We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is prepared to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canpar, ICS Courier or Loomis tracking number, and your package should arrive within 1-4 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday, and Canpar/ICS Courier/Loomis delivers Monday-Friday.

Where do you ship?

We ship all everywhere in Ontario!

Due to Ontario Government Regulations and Provincial Tax differences, Cowbell Brewing Co. is only able to ship to residents of Ontario. At Checkout, if you are identified as an out-of-province guest, you will not be able to proceed with your purchase. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping everywhere in Ontario on orders $45 or more. For orders less than $45, the flat-rate shipping fee is $11.95.

What are the details of your Buy One Get One 50% Off (Almost) Everything promotion?

Buy One Get One 50% Off (Almost) Everything promotion valid on the Cowbell Online Store from November 20-30, 2020. Promotion expires at 11:59pm EST.

When will my Craft Beer Gift Subscription ship?

All subscriptions ship the first week of each month.

What if I’m not home to sign for my beer order?

If you’re unavailable to sign for your beer order, Canpar/ICS Courier/Loomis will make a second delivery attempt. If you're unable to be home for the second attempt, Canpar/ICS Courier/Loomis will leave a note on your door and hold your package at a nearby Canpar centre.

Have beer prices changed?

As of September 1, 2020, we updated the price of 8-Packs, 16-Packs and 24-Packs to offer a consistent discount across all brands and to better reflect respective brewing costs. With our new bundled prices, you'll save $1 on all 8-Packs, $2 on all 16-Packs and $5 on all 24-Packs (versus the cost of buying individual cans).
