How does the "Spend $100, Get a FREE $25 e-Gift Card" Boxing Week Promo work?
The Boxing Week promotion runs December 25, 2020 at 12:00am EST through January 3, 2021 at 11:59pm EST on the Cowbell Online Store.
To receive the free e-Gift Card, the "Our Gift to You: $25 Cowbell Brewing e-Gift Card" must be added to your cart, when prompted.
No limit to purchase (i.e., if you spend $200, you'll receive two $25 e-Gift Cards, etc.). Does not apply to previous purchases. Does not combine with any of our other promotions or discount codes.

When will I receive my order?
During the holiday season, it may take up to 3-4 business days for your order to be picked, packed and prepared to ship.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Please note it may take up to 2-3 business days for your tracking information to show updated information.
Canpar will not be delivering on the following dates: December 24, December 25, December 28, January 31 or January 1.

Will I still receive my order?
Yes. At this time, our online order fulfillment operations are still operating. Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation and will be in touch directly if there are any updates to your order.
How will my items be delivered?
For all Ontario-based customers, your package will be shipped via Canpar. Canpar is currently offering contactless deliveries Monday-Friday. Government-issued ID will be required for age verification, and they will accept it through a window or door, if necessary. After verifying your ID, Canpar will sign for your order on your behalf.

Where do you ship?
We ship all everywhere in Ontario!
Due to Ontario Government Regulations and Provincial Tax differences, Cowbell Brewing Co. is only able to ship to residents of Ontario. At Checkout, if you are identified as an out-of-province guest, you will not be able to proceed with your purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping everywhere in Ontario on orders $45 or more. For orders less than $45, the flat-rate shipping fee is $11.95.
Do you have any promo codes available?
Absolutely! If you sign up for our VIP Text List (text COWBELLBREWING to +1-980-290-5697; Message & Data rates may apply) and/or our Email List (click here), you'll receive a 10% off promo code as a thank you for subscribing.
When will my Craft Beer Gift Subscription ship?
All subscriptions ship the first week of each month.
What if I’m not home to sign for my beer order?
If you’re unavailable to sign for your beer order, Canpar will make a second delivery attempt. If you're unable to be home for the second attempt, Canpar will leave a note on your door and hold your package at a nearby Canpar Smart Hub.
Have beer prices changed?
As of September 1, 2020, we updated the price of 8-Packs, 16-Packs and 24-Packs to offer a consistent discount across all brands and to better reflect respective brewing costs. With our new bundled prices, you'll save $1 on all 8-Packs, $2 on all 16-Packs and $5 on all 24-Packs (versus the cost of buying individual cans).
