Will I still receive my order?

Yes. At this time, our online order fulfilment operations are still operating. Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation and will be in touch directly if there are any updates to your order.

How will my items be delivered?

If you live in Huron County, your package will be hand-delivered by a Cowbell Brewing Co. team member until further notice. You will receive a shipping notification so you know when to expect delivery. Government issued ID will be required for age verification.

For all other Ontario-based customers, your package will be shipped via Canada Post, as usual. Note: As of March 15, 2020, Canada Post is no longer doing home deliveries for products requiring a signature. Customers will receive a delivery notice to pick up their package from their local post office. Due to increased Canada Post shipping volume, please expect delays. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer delivery estimates.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number once it ships, and your package should arrive within 3-5 business days.

When will my Craft Beer Gift Subscription ship?

All subscriptions ship the first week of each month.

What if I’m not home to sign for my beer order?

If you’re unavailable to sign for your beer order, Canada Post will leave a note on your door and hold your package at a nearby post office.
