How Does the Free Dog Toy Promo Work?
Today only, if you would like to receive a free Dog Toy with your purchase over $100 dollars you will need to add the dog toy to your cart. Dog Toys can be found by going to the menu, selecting Store and then Accessories. Once the item is added to your cart it will automatically become free with a purchase of $100 or more. Limited to one item per purchase while supplies last.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be packed and prepared to ship within 1-2 business days after we receive it. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may take 24 hours for your tracking information to show updated information.
Once your order ships, you will receive it within 3-5 business days.
Conditions are rapidly evolving. We regret the inconvenience these temporary changes will cause, but Cowbell Brewing is clear in its commitment. We will always work to do the Right Thing.

Will I still receive my order?
Yes. At this time, our online order fulfillment operations are still operating. Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation and will be in touch directly if there are any updates to your order.
How will my items be delivered?
Your order will be shipped via Canpar. Canpar currently offers contactless deliveries Monday-Friday. Government-issued ID will be required for age verification, and they will accept it through a window or door, if necessary. After verifying your ID, Canpar will sign for your order on your behalf.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping everywhere in Ontario on orders $55 or more. For orders less than $55, the flat-rate shipping fee is $14.95.
Do you have any promo codes available?
Absolutely! If you sign up for our VIP Text List (text COWBELLBREWING to +1-980-290-5697; Message & Data rates may apply) and/or our Email List (click here), you'll receive a 10% off promo code as a thank you for subscribing.
When will my Craft Beer Gift Subscription ship?
All subscriptions ship the first week of each month.
What if I’m not home to sign for my beer order?
If you’re unavailable to sign for your beer order, Canpar or ICS Courier will make a second delivery attempt. If you're unable to be home for the second attempt, they will leave a note on your door and hold your package at a nearby Canpar Smart Hub.
If you're unable to sign for your beer order and it was shipped via ICS Courier, you have the option to receive your order without requiring a signature. Simply click on the "Print Door Knocker" button next to your tracking details on the ICS Courier website. This will allow you to print and sign a document allowing ICS Courier to leave your order without a signature.
Please note if you do sign the "Door Knocker" document to have your order left without a signature, Cowbell is not responsible for the loss or theft of your order.
Have beer prices changed?
As of September 1, 2020, we updated the price of 8-Packs, 16-Packs and 24-Packs to offer a consistent discount across all brands and to better reflect respective brewing costs. With our new bundled prices, you'll save $1 on all 8-Packs, $2 on all 16-Packs and $5 on all 24-Packs (versus the cost of buying individual cans).
